March 16th Two Hour Zoom Meeting

By

Our two hour zoom meeting on March 16 was power-packed! The exciting news is that the flights are booked, not so exciting is the 15% increase in fares. Tammy provided a tremendous amount of detail regarding what to pack, how to pack and plans to maximize the amount of weight allowed for our personal luggage, carry-ons and containers that will be stuffed with the supplies for our down-river adventure and VBS activities. She advised we start talking to our medical insurance providers and get required vaccines. My personal travel generally includes a small pharmacy of “what if” over-the counter medicines. I appreciate Tammy covering us for any possible situation and telling us how to bring our massive amounts of supplements, which  apparently many of us depend.

We will be back in the kitchen at the home of Dan and Gloria Peredia as we prepare burritos for the Hollister campus on Sunday, March 26, after both services. Bring cash, please, and an appetite!

The next meeting, on March 30, will be in person, as will every meeting thereafter.

Our prayer is that SVCC will be a place where you and your family can grow and connect. No matter where you are in life, our desire is to equip you with the truth of the gospel, and provide an environment that fosters a deeper relationship with God and His Church.
