About

Two generations have grown up in this communist country without being able to openly practice their faith. Now government restrictions have eased and the church is experiencing tremendous growth. It is in this window of opportunity that SVCC’s global compassion is reaching out to sponsor youth camps, food programs for the elderly, and equip pastors in their evangelistic and church growth efforts.

Our annual Pastor’s Conference provides encouragement and training to hard-working Cuban pastors.

Our partners send evangelistic outreaches to rural communities without access to churches.

We are intentional to provide support not only to pastors, but also to their wives and families.

In many rural communities, children are open to the gospel and excited to learn.

Our partners are actively engaged in both rural and urban areas.

Because we believe that the local church is the most effective and indispensable form of ministry in Cuba, we are focused on supporting and encouraging local church leaders.

Extreme poverty exists even in tourist locations like Havana.
